The Arriving Storm

We may be seven million specks on the top area of World, but when you're in Bangladesh, it sometimes seems as if half mankind were packed into a space the size of La. Dhaka, its investment, is so packed that every recreation area and footpath has been colonized by the abandoned. To trip here in the mists of day is to get around an hurdle course of make shift mattresses and getting to sleep children. Later the town's warm streets and alleyways block with the disorder of some 15 thousand individuals, most of them trapped in traffic. In the midst of this clatter and busyness goes a small army of Arabic beggars, veggie suppliers, snacks providers, rickshaw individuals, and trinket suppliers, all increasing through the city like contaminants in a display overflow. The nation side beyond is a wide watering floodplain with sporadic extends of area that are rich, green, smooth as a vehicle lot—and wall-to-wall with humans. In places you might anticipate finding isolation, there is none. There are no single streets in Bangladesh.

We should not be amazed. Bangladesh is, after all, one of the most mostly booming nations on World. It has more individuals than geographically large Italy. It is a position where one person, in a nation of 164 thousand, is in the past not capable of being truly alone. That takes some getting used to.

So think about Bangladesh in the year 2050, when its inhabitants will likely have zoomed to 220 thousand, and a good slice of its current where you live now could be completely marine. That situation is based on two converging projections: inhabitants growth that, despite a distinct decrease in libido, will continue to generate large numbers more Bangladeshis in next years, and a possible multifoot development of sea level by 2100 as a result of global warming. Such a situation could mean that 10 to 30 thousand individuals along the southeast shore would be removed, pushing Bangladeshis to audience even nearer together or else escape the nation as environment refugees—a team expected to expand to some 250 thousand globally by the center of the millennium, many from inadequate, low-lying nations.

"Globally, we're referring to the biggest huge migration in history," says Maj. Gen. Muniruzzaman, a charming outdated army official who presides over the Bangladesh Institution of Serenity and Security Research in Dhaka. "By 2050 an incredible number of removed individuals will overcome not just our restricted area and sources but our govt, our companies, and our boundaries." Muniruzzaman points out a latest war game run by the Nationwide Immunity School in California, D.C., which prediction the geopolitical disorder that such a huge migration of Bangladeshis might cause in Southern region Japan. In that exercise an incredible number of refugees left to nearby Indian, resulting in condition, spiritual issue, serious shortages of water and food, and increased stress between the nuclear-armed enemies Indian and Pakistan.

Such a problem, even fabricated, suits right in with Bangladesh's crisis-driven tale, which, since the nation's freedom in 1971, has involved war, starvation, condition, monster cyclones, large deluges, army coups, governmental assassinations, and pitiable rates of hardship and deprivation—a record of problems that motivated some to brand it an globally bag case. Yet if hopelessness is in order, lots of individuals in Bangladesh didn't read the program. In fact, many here are throwing another finishing completely, one in which the problems of their past generate a highly effective wish.

For all its problems, Bangladesh is a position where modifying a modifying environment actually seems possible, and where every low-tech variation possible is now being tried. Reinforced by govt authorities of the developed countries—whose green house pollutants are mostly accountable for the global warming that is resulting in ocean to rise—and applied by a lot of globally nongovernmental companies (NGOs), these enhancements are getting support, thanks to the one investment that Bangladesh has in profusion: individual strength. Before this millennium is over, the world, rather than pitying Bangladesh, may wind up learning from her example.

The Water & Sanitation Crisis

Bangladesh’s water crisis affects both rural and urban areas, and is a matter of both water scarcity and water quality. While Bangladesh has made commendable progress in supplying safe water to its people, gross disparity in coverage still exists across the country. Latrine usage is very poor, averaging only 16% in the rural areas. Diarrheal diseases constitute a major health problem in Bangladesh, killing over 100,000 children each year. Thousands of episodes of diarrhea occur in children and adults each day. Diarrheal diseases have close biological and socio-economic links to the problems of malnutrition, poor maternal health, high fertility, and child survival.
In the late 1970s, approximately four million wells were drilled to replace the traditional contaminated surface water sources. The projects made significant headway, and mortality due to water-related diseases declined. However, in 1993, high arsenic concentrations were discovered in the groundwater of several wells in western Bangladesh. Long-term intake of high concentrations of arsenic from drinking water gives rise to a number of health problems, particularly skin disorders. Internal cancers have also been linked with arsenic in drinking water.
Although the arsenic crisis on an individual level is concerning, the more acute impacts are seen at the community level. In Bangladesh, many wells containing arsenic were closed without considering the possible immediate adverse affects of such interventions, particularly the increase in diarrheal illnesses. Once a well is painted red, signifying the water contains arsenic concentrations above the national standard, community members are no longer supposed to use it. However, when a well is closed, the community must seek other sources for drinking water, usually returning to the traditional unprotected water sources such as ponds or ditches, or walking to distant wells that do not contain arsenic. While reducing the effects of chronic arsenic exposure, such practices dramatically increase the risk of acute bacteriological contamination, leading to greater outbreaks of water-related diseases. These diseases especially affect children who are especially vulnerable to diarrheal diseases. The resulting impact of this dilemma has been a spike in child mortality.
Urban Crisis
The size of the urban population is increasing at alarming rates. The poor from the rural areas continue to migrate to the urban areas with the hope of being able to earn larger wages to support their families. Many of these people find shelter in Dhaka’s slum communities. These squatter communities are the most densely populated areas in the country. The enormous quantity of people living in such close quarters causes people living in these slums to have very poor health. Most people in these slums live on less than US $2 a day, and many live on less than US $1 a day. Acute poverty, overcrowding, poor housing, and unhealthy disposal of waste all play major roles in the water and sanitation crisis in the urban areas of Bangladesh.

Our New Characters and Heroines - Culturally Aware Business

When we think of business, the motto typically has been, "a deal is good if it is best for me." Today, social entrepreneurs inspire us with a new motto, "A deal is good when it is good for all concerned." Moreover, most business gurus have not used words like "joy" and "generosity" to talk about the bottom line, nor do we typically think of business creating a sustainable global economy. Yet, for increasingly more entrepreneurs, that is just what is happening. For many, these are our new heroes and heroines.

Our New Heroes and Heroines

The dictionary defines "hero" as "a person noted for feats of courage or purpose, especially one who has risked or sacrificed his life." A new kind of hero is emerging. They are not famous politicians or soldiers, yet they have improved the lives of millions of people and made the world more secure.

Their weaponry is not of guns and war, but of creative ideas, dogged determination, and a deep belief in their power to change the world. These "social entrepreneurs" are bringing life-changing tools and resources to people desperate for solutions. They are the many businesses that are becoming more socially conscious.

For these entrepreneurs, the bottom line is about more than profit, it is also about people and the planet. They align business strategy with the goals and values of broader society by focusing on the social, environmental, as well as financial contributions of a company. They help to build communities where employees are happy to work, live, and stay, and thereby build stable businesses and communities.

What are They Doing?

Perhaps the most well-known hero can be seen in the story of the Gameen Bank, one of the most successful development organizations in the world. Founded by Muhammad Yunus in Bangladesh in 1976, the Gameen Bank has extended small loans for self-employment to more than two million woman villagers and has helped to lift hundreds of thousands out of poverty. The Gameen bank's 'trickle up' approach has inspired the creation of hundreds of "micro-credit" programs around the world and helped to reshape international development policy.

Another example is that of Susan Davis, a powerful woman in finance; who maintains a down-to-earth candor that resonates caring, authenticity, and concern. She lives in a small town in Wisconsin, and is thrilled at growing an organic vegetable garden. Yet she has created networks among some of the nation's wealthiest families, foundations, women business owners, and socially conscious investors. She educates money managers about the win-win opportunities for socially responsible investing while giving them the tools and contacts to do the job. This helps them to create socially conscious businesses and practice.

The Big Question: Finance

One of the biggest questions about socially responsible business is: Do socially responsible companies perform better financially? One of Susan Davis' concerns has been whether this approach is supported by hard research. On this, evidence from meta studies is in: Social and environmental responsibility does go hand in hand with superior financial performance.

A meta-study is distinguished by being a study of studies. It covers years of research from a variety of perspectives, which lends to its greater authority. A most impressive and rigorous was done by Orlizky of the University of Sydney, Australia, and Frank Schmidt and Sara Rynes at the University of Iowa. What were their findings? A statistically significant positive association between corporate social performance and financial performance. It does not take rocket science to understand why socially conscious businesses do better. The businesses are centered on values and mission, and employees are more engaged around a purpose, which makes it easier for the firms to handle external change, turbulence, and crisis. It builds reputations and enhances relationships with investors, while attracting better employees and maintaining goodwill. The firms do better and run better. With the current economic crisis, these new social entrepreneurs help to bring hope to all of us.

The Globe Financial Disaster As I See It

The globe financial disaster as I see it varies from previous downturn in that it is depending on entirely new set of circumstances, due to fast advance in the technique of development. The globe escalating financial issues of the existing day has cause into unattainable misunderstandings of views among the financial professionals. What I have to say is nothing new and do not say to be anything more than the viewpoint of a easy and sincere man who, unburdened by any nationwide prejudices, wishes nothing but the excellent of humankind and good relaxing maintainable place of individual everyday living. The way I am showing myself does not continue neither from unnecessary self-confidence nor a perception in the infallibility of my easy perceptive ideas of issues which in fact are very complicated.

Today, with the introduction of computer systems and Internet technological innovation, only a portion of the available individual work on the globe is required. Under free financial circumstances this fact is limited to cause lack of employment. How many of us not try to get well-paid jobs? But, people are required to work for the lowest salary on which life can be reinforced. The variety of drop in revenue and revenue for the sectors had led to lay-off their employees. Business has gone beat, which has further improved lack of employment. More lately, in Combined Declares alone the lack of employment has hit 9.8% which presumably has reduced the level of assurance in sectors and financial institutions. When a inexpensive work can be outsourcing to creating nations like Indian, Nepal and Bangladesh, why any sectors will search for the services of the high salary compensated employee in their own land? This has cause to lack of employment in globe. In near Upcoming, will impact third globe. The downturn has also been linked to other causes which could be-

1. Over production: The is so much excellent that it has overtaken the need. (e.g. designs of cellular phones) This perhaps also relates to motor-cars in the Combined Declares which has led to failure big auto-industry such as Common Engines. By the quality of this, it is not the need that is missing but the power of customers to buy the items.

2. Governmental insecurity: The political in protection has led to battles. The existing Afghan-war against terrorism by Combined Declares and its companions. The political uncertainty is not only in The united states but everywhere. Our own nation is one excellent example where no structure has been published until time frame.

3. Heath issue: The h1n1 virus outbreak, which has achieved to level 6- extremely risky level for popular disease of individual beings. The variety of HIV and Melanoma illnesses growing especially in third globe and elsewhere.

I do not want to careful people by enumerating further contentions. Of one thing I feel certain: this specialized advance which, in itself, might reduce individual beings of an excellent part of the work necessary to its subsistence is the major cause of our existing day issues. The sensible and easy alternatives for solving the disaster is healthy and organized economic climate in which the intake and development of items are allocated by the areas.

Could the International Financial Disaster Be the Screen of Chance to Seriously Deal with Environment Change?

It seems that in the face of the present international economical trouble we have all but overlooked a much higher issue, one with consequences of massive and possibly disastrous ratios.

We are losing a time frame to deal with both international warming and the international economical crisis
As lengthy ago as Nov 1992, a papers finalized by 16 number of of the leading researchers, including half of all the Nobel Award champions then, released a warning to all humankind that humans and the organic globe were on a impact course. The papers listed all the awaiting downturn in the weather, normal water sources, earth, the oceanic masses, jungles, bio-diversity and over-population. The same prestigious persons cautioned that no more than one or a few years at the most stayed to avoid the risk of wide individual having difficulties and agony and admonished globe commanders that great changes in our stewardship of the World and its sources were needed to avoid the irretrievable mutilation of our international house.

Alas, humankind has virtually ignored these most amazingly important pronouncements, losing nearly two years in which we could and should have started the release of concrete actions to retain and protect the biosphere against further damage.

There is little question that every season losing has provided greatly to the potential problems and having difficulties our children and grand kids will withstand.

Is all over the planet aspect of Global organic cycle?
Scientists tell us that approximately one number of million years ago when the significant regions were organized diversely, World was actually 5 to 15 levels (C) warmer than it is today. Of course that was lengthy before the existence of Homo sapiens. Then, as the significant regions drifted apart, the world perfectly chilled continuously. Ice primary examples taken from the Arctic show that over the last nine thousand years the Global heat range has been relatively constant.

That balance survived until the beginning of the Business Trend. However, since that period, there has been a noticeable growth of heat range. Because the heat range improve has been over a relatively short time and it has coincided with improved green house gas pollutants (GHG) and de-forestation, there can be little question that the modern warming of the world is due to person's activities. Nevertheless, heat range improve has been most noticeable since the 50's when consumerism became the European Globe's new code for living and sectors designed for the war effort, moved to moving out products for the new "throw away" age.

With the appearance of Chinese suppliers and India's industrial economical systems that are now moving apparently limitless amounts of harmful pollutant smells into the weather, the rate at which conditions are growing each season is appearing alarm alarms all over the planet. Al Gore in his amazing cinematographic legendary The Undesirable Truth brought the message house to millions. Except for devoted sceptics, Gore finally banished the last vestige of justifications saying that all over the planet is merely a organic trend. Since Gore's movie many environment researchers have actually supported calls for a "global-wide contact to arms" in the fight against life-threatening weather changes.
Unfortunately, to this day, some hold the belief that only one or two levels spread over the next 50 or so years will make little difference. However for the planet, there are many political figures and business commanders among these deniers of the facts.

These ill-informed persons should speak to those living on low lying countries such as Tuvalu, The The maldives, Bangladesh and many seaside places of just about every country that's not landlocked. They would soon discover unlucky persons of these and many other countries are under certain risk from increasing sea levels.
In inclusion to the increasing inundation of intensely booming countries, we are already suffering from a rise in the intensity and regularity of harmful tornadoes, cyclones and stormy weather. Most climatologists now feature these events and modifying climate styles to the over-heating around the planet.

Droughts have also improved in intensity and duration, while complete ice hats along with all of the snow and the Greenland ice display are reducing at escalating prices. Africa's and Asia's deserts keep increase, pushing many poor areas to get away from traditional homelands, putting higher stress upon the capability of poor and broke countries to react to the increasing number of the new environmental refugees.

Vector-born illnesses such as malaria and encephalitis are now becoming common in places previously defense from such risk.

As plants regularly fall short through deficit of rain, craving for food is a increasing issue while in the globe's oceanic masses, many sea types are under risk of annihilation from higher sea water conditions, improved acidification, the decrease in corals and sea low herbage and the rapid growth of sea pests such as, the Staying hair of Thorns starfish. Meanwhile, lawn has been found increasing in the arctic for at the first try. While this enables some animals to move closer to the Northern Post, many types such as complete holds and emperor penguins which are reliant upon freezing weather are in danger with annihilation. Flowers are growing, wild birds are moving and frogs reproduction 2 to 3 days earlier with each passing several years and while some lifestyle forms succeed in warmer conditions, others have been forced from their environments. With the thawing of wide places of tundra, bulk of methane (which is five times more damaging that CO2) are being released into the weather exacerbating the already critical issue we blithely contact, "the green house effect."

The world's oceanic masses affect our climate more than many realise. They are actually, large organic engines driving environments and climate styles across the planet. As trouble from the equator is driven northward by wind flow and air energy, water loss and the development of sea ice give rise to the solidity of arctic sea water which then calme, drains and profits southward again.

In 2004, boat discovery within the arctic ice cap found that only two of the seven huge freezing normal water content that help drive ocean movement were performing. Frightened researchers revealed that all over the planet is harmful the capability of these energy to operate. They found the content were pathetically weak in comparison to their normal function, increasing rumours that increasing conditions may completely shut down thermohaline movement with possibly disastrous repercussions for South European countries, Italy and The United Empire.

There is no longer any question that the significant cause of entire environments failing is anthropogenic, although such aspects as the Global orbital path, volcanic breakouts on the sea floor and within the arctic ice, gravitational changes, energy from deep space and sun spot activity all perform a role. However, where changes in heat range result from such causes, the Global environments could probably make up and adjust without considerable damage to lifestyle. On the other hand, the globe's complicated techniques are clearly unable to deal with person's involvement.

Because there are so many aspects causing the international warming controversy, researchers really do not know what will occur within the next five years let alone the next 50. Nevertheless, few would refuse the harmful repercussions of person's impact upon the world, or that these will proceed for centuries even if we were to stop all green house gas pollutants the next day (and that's obviously not going to happen). Despite the best initiatives of researchers so far, most forecasts and treatment have proven incorrect. For example, the prices at which the arctic icecap is reducing, the disappearance of snow and modifying climate styles have overtaken the toughest forecasts.

If there is a failure or further considerable reducing of thermohaline movement, no one knows whether South European countries will become significantly warmer, much colder, or even drop into a new ice-age!
Most environment experts would now agree, we cannot manage to look at a wait and see approach while international warming boffins proceed with more computer acting and study the complicated web of interdependent aspects.

Even if we still believe that all over the planet and international warming are just aspect of the Global organic periods, the outcomes will be the same as if they are anthropogenic. There will be large agony and having difficulties if we fall short to act now.

Merely responding to modifying circumstances will not suffice; we must become super-proactive and assume that worst-case circumstances will become our reality. We must rapidly apply counter-measures and form long-lasting plans to deal with a disaster that is unrivaled in vitality and scale since the history of man.

Meanwhile, back to the international economical meltdown
While the suffering of industry personal bankruptcy, house loan home foreclosures and job reduction is very real in the problems induced upon those most affected, we cannot manage to drop the ball when it comes to international warming. Indeed, the having difficulties we are now suffering from as a consequence of corporate avarice, and the unquestionable deficit of appropriate constraints on lending, will seem minor compared with the treatment of many of the top researchers, should we fall short to pay attention to their cautions.

In the hope of enhancing consumption, government authorities appear to be almost putting cash at national economical systems with "bailout" offers and giveaways to people, while many are left thinking if it is a huge bet that's meant to fall short. After all, when any individual usually spends more than he or she brings in, thus ending up due lenders, isn't it accountable and sensible to knuckle down, give your very best, repay debts and live within one's means?

Surely, when in economical trouble, any happy person wouldn't go out and lend more cash and spend it just to maintain a lifestyle which has proven disastrously extravagant? Haven't too many of us been living in a fool's haven of widespread consumerism and excessive personal luxury? Is the circumstances of the country any different just because it is on a much bigger scale? Didn't the economical house of cards have to come failing down at some point?

Where should taxpayer's cash be going?
Maybe, the strategy of credit against the long run to ease present suffering works, but is it financially accountable to brace up sectors based on fossil-fuel technological innovation when oil supplies are operating out and environmental costs of damaging the biosphere at present prices will cause our demise?

If we are going to house loan our kid's upcoming, should we not be looking at buying facilities tasks that will not cause further environmental damage and will improve the lifestyle for our people in the future? This would seem the right moment to also improve the growth and release of environmentally maintainable technological innovation and other actions with maximum long-term advantages to all humanity?

Here are some beneficial suggestions where government financial aid could have lasting benefits:
1. Organization of massive solar energy plants similar to that due to come on line in California
2. Solar, wind flow, geothermal power hot rock (GHR) and tidal energy,
3. Multiple automobiles, hydrogen petrol cell and energy source and other technological innovation yet to progress,
4. Solar hot normal water techniques, thin-film energy,
5. Replacement windows and eco-friendly structures and houses,
6. Water aquariums, greyish normal water techniques,
7. Household normal water treatment techniques that re-use normal water over and over,
8. Home wind flow generators,
9. Research into the growth of "water from air" devices,
10. Making present structures and houses cost effective,
11. Developing new structures for durability,
11. Better city and town planning which attempts automobile usage and motivates patronage of cost effective, zero exhaust trains and buses.

Injection of capital in such places would undoubtedly create new tasks. Moreover, by offering rewards to current companies, who are currently having difficulties to endure and encouraging them to redirect effective capacity into the examples defined may save countless tasks which could otherwise be losing.

Australia, like many countries has wide deserts and straddles permission from exotic to moderate areas. Typically, the nation's food dish has been in the much colder south, however, these agriculturally effective places are drought-stricken and have been for so for several years, harmful production. The warmer north now holds the impact of more severe cyclones and their natural surging.

While the large percentage of the nation's inhabitants has addressed normal water limitations, numerous down pours fill north catchments to stocked full with much of this normal water operating to waste in the oceanic masses. Met with yowls of, "too expensive," suggestions to pipe normal water from north public works, estuaries and waterways and ponds to satisfy the south's needs never get passed the illustrating board, but perhaps should be revisited with an eye on drought-proofing the country and guaranteeing it is able to perform its aspect in providing a globe whose craving for food develops significantly each season.

More now than ever before, we need commanders with perspective and bravery and if viewed through a different viewpoint, the international economical disaster might just be a advantage in cover.

Bangladesh River Gypsies forced land

KHURIA, Bangladesh, September 18, 2009 (AFP) - At the end of each year, after the monsoon rains, Noor Hossain, Bangladesh, on the delta of the continent, and remove his houseboat. This time, he does not come back.

Gold River, about 800.000 of the Gypsies, local bedey, who for generations lived on in May and December, the National Waterways, and the rest of the world known for years.

But now, he decided to abandon nomadic life, for he says that the river has increasingly erratic and impossible to navigate - which experts attribute to climate change and upstream development.

Hossain, only a "Lunghi" fabric wrapped around his waist to give birth, it is four to eight months of the season that he and his vast delta of children and families across two rickety bamboo houseboats borne.

"Many rivers, canals and rivers drying up. We can not go to remote areas and do not, we are not a bus," said Hossain, 48, who earns a bit of diving in the women's bath rao jewels.

It catches the most fish for the cost of his own family, when his wife and two daughters, some laws are the largest providers of revenue, and a souvenir shop selling herbal treatments for pain in the teeth of the offering.

Although I have cast, bedeys the bottom of society, and almost all are illiterate and desperately poor.

They are mostly skilled snake charmers or ornaments, traditional medicine and cosmetics sales stay in the village. Bangladeshis believe they have the ability to hide some of the treatment.

Grambangla Unnayan Committee, and as a charitable organization, but, a few decades in Bangladesh bedey people, disappear in the annual migration to their land and water can be excluded.

"The country moved to a faster rate. Going on 15 years of age, has been created based on all bedeys water. Very soon we're Gypsies, we have not any on the river," said AKM Maksud, the main charity.

In the past decade alone has 250.000 bedeys forced out of the water, and predicted that 90 percent of the land for Gypsies within two years will live permanently.

Retired history professor Jainal Abedin Khan, who has written books bedeys has said that I was coming 17 century when the area is part of the Mughal Empire.

"They just want to look back now in Myanmar, but they moved through the delta," he said. "They are a big part of the folklore, and the source of many myths and legends."

A low-lying Bangladesh is the largest international network of 700 rivers of water, tributaries and canals 24,000 kilometers (15,000 miles) of land cover by seven percent, crossed.

Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority, said that today, only 16,000 km of waterways are navigable during the rainy season and the dry months from November to April, 6,000 km.

International scientists believe that Bangladesh - the Ganges and Brahmaputra rivers, the mighty sea, the empty - is the most corrupt countries in climate change.

The Government of the United Kingdom that specializes in the Imdadul increased pollution and climate change, with unpredictable rains, the river was the main reason has been achieved.

"This year in June, when we hardly had any rain in a drought, we were coming up to the heavy rainfall last August the weather is definitely changing and inconsistent rain - heavy .. one month, the next dry - affects our waterways," said Haque.

The right to extract water from the rivers and streams are drying up, large-scale industrial waste and unplanned construction of dams the river, he added.

Experts say many of the social pressures and cultural environments encountered bedeys.

"There is no glory, they want to sell. Orthodox medicine does not like is that the demand for their products," said Habibur Rahman, Professor of Sociology at Dhaka University.

Rahman added that the Gypsies are often Muslim traditional society can not fight in the mix.

"Many people find it difficult to complete because they lack education and skills - and if we lose our history and culture of our people is a part of bedey we lost," he warned.

His attitude Soud Khan, 52, a former village in the capital, Dhaka Khuria bedey thousands of Gypsies living in shared with those who are living.

"All of our predecessors used to live on a boat, wandering everywhere. Boat was our only home, and our transport. The boat was a good day, but now we are forced to leave," he said.

"Continents are working hard to get. We are the most certain, but could not qualify bedeys. Of course, we want a water well in life, but if we are not continents, it is, I'm not sure.

Dhaka water crisis

Electricity, as well as by the current water crisis more severe against residents of the capital, that even before the summer is in full swing here. In fact, as even the best in the city as the capital of the bus, some residents, was virtually without water for a month now. They are having to buy water for drinking, cooking and washing, the regular cost of a toll is due. Their sufferings are endless, dirty toilets, etc., with an unhealthy living environment

Wasa, however, that the water crisis this year and previous years, the advance has been taken to improve water supply and that the results will be felt less severely in the summer. We question, however, that this situation is already bad, it's how the summer will be a good idea? So why do some more constructive to work as soon as the crisis began in the last two months? Finally, why are we still waiting for the strike before a crisis? If accepted, a situation quite Wasa take preventive measures, and why not now?

More importantly, we are the government and the authorities we need to survive the most basic of our citizens can not be an issue? However, the great political debate we get carried away, their most fundamental rights of our citizens, private action, or at least helpless in the hands of an inefficient system. Authority to remove their socks, and when it should be considered, and indeed, the human rights of people and lead them to their absolute and positive results.
